Automated Stamping for Part Identification

Stamping clamps are an ideal way for identification and traceability of metal parts (date, production).

PNC^® Series stamping clamps ("Number Cruncher") of PHD allow an optimum cost to stamp characters for identification of metal components . Using a high clamping force, they can stamp in various materials up to 3 mm thick as standard.

The parts are shown in the clamp's marking area during the transfer to the next station. Totally silent, the stamping operation made by steel jaws will last approximately 0.24 second (opening and closing).
