HTM Sensors manufactures different types of sensors for many applications. 

Proximity Sensors

HTM Sensors manufactures capacitive proximity sensors for detection of liquids, plastics, powders, and pastes; and also builds inductive proximity sensors.  The capacitive sensors feature a plastic or metal body in sizes from 1.35 mm to 15.37 mm. The company produces a number of specialty inductive sensors types including its long range, MetalHead, weld field immune, and SpatterGuard series. Several of the inductive sensors feature two or three times the sensing range of standard proximity sensors.

Photoelectric Sensors

HTM Sensors develops and manufactures a family of photoelectric sensor types including : advanced performance, compact multi-mount, universal mounting, cylindrical, multi-purpose, terminal mount, multi-voltage, slot, and miniature. Detection modes for the various sensor types include through-beam, retroreflective, polarized reflective, diffuse, fiber optic, clear object, color contrast, and background suppression.

Safety Light Curtains

HTM Sensors offers light curtain safety sensors in the following configurations: SF2 Series Category 2/Hand Protection, SE4-Q Series Category 4/Body Protection, SE4-30 Standard Series Category 4/Hand Protection, and SE4-14 Standard Series Category 4/Finger Protection. Sensors have the following features: beams ranging from 2 to 168, a response time ranging from 14 to 24 ms, an operating distance range from 15 to 25 m, a 14 mm resolution, auto/manual/reset select, and optical synchronizing.

Pneumatic cylinder sensors

HTM Sensors offers pneumatic cylinder sensors sized for most popular cylinders. These sensors are designed with pigtailed connectors for an easy installation.

Thermo Sensors 

HTM Sensors provides temperature sensors for a wide variety of non-contact sensing applications. Fixed Mount types with a laser sight that can measure up to 500°C (932° F), and Fiber Optic models are available with teachable in-process temperature control. Fixed mounted M18 sensors are ideal for simple mounting and come with easy to program analog outputs. Hand held models are great for checking heat readings in weld cells, motor applications, and food applications.
